At Selden Mast USA, we strive to provide efficient, reliable shipping for all our customers across the contiguous USA. Below is an overview of our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping methods, costs, and international considerations.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Backorders & Delays
If any item is on backorder or delayed, we will notify you via email or phone with an estimated shipping date. You may choose to wait for the item or cancel the order for a full refund.
2. Domestic Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.
Standard Shipping (1-10 business days)
Most orders are shipped via ground service and delivered within 1-10 business days. Estimated transit times:
- South Carolina - 1-3 business days
- South East - 2-5 business days
- East Coast - 3-6 business days
- Midwest - 3-8 business days
- West Coast - 5-10 business days
3. Shipping Costs
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders under $99.00 ship for a flat rate of $15 using our 'Standard Shipping' shipping method.
Free Shipping
Orders over $99.00 qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous USA. Note: This offer excludes oversized or specialty items which may incur additional shipping fees.
Oversized/Heavy Items
For oversized or heavy products (e.g., masts, booms, other large equipment), additional shipping charges may apply. These fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Contiguous USA
We ship only within the contiguous United States. Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International Orders
Currently, we are not accepting international orders for online purchases. Visitors from outside the USA can view products, but purchases are limited to US-based customers only. If you are located outside the USA and wish to place an order, please contact your local reseller for assistance. (see this link)
5. Shipping Carrier
We use trusted carriers UPS and FedEx for our shipments. For oversized or freight shipments, we work with specialized carriers to ensure safe and secure delivery.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days at info@seldenus.com with photos of the damage. We will assist in processing a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has shipped and the carrier has provided delivery confirmation, Selden Mast USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you provide a secure shipping location. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for assistance if your package is lost or stolen.
8. Return Shipping
For information on how to return an item, please refer to our Returns Policy. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
9. Policy Updates
Selden Mast reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
