At Selden Mast USA, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds. Below is our return policy, designed to align with our shipping practices and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they meet the following conditions:
Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories. Items must be in unused and resellable condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may be subject to a restocking fee or deemed ineligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:
- Custom or special-order items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Electronics
- Items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
2. Return Process
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Email us at info@seldenus.com or call +1 843-760-6278 within 30 days of receiving your order to request an RMA number. Follow all instructions on the "Return Merchandise Authorization" email we will send you. Please include your order number, reason for return and tracking number.

Ship Your Return:
Once you receive your RMA number, securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging or a suitable alternative. Make sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). If the return is due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
3. Refunds
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Restocking Fees
A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns of large and/or oversized items. This fee will be communicated during the return process, if applicable.
4. No Exchanges – Place a New Order
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the unwanted item(s) following the process outlined above, and place a new order for the replacement product. This allows us to process your new order as quickly as possible, ensuring you receive your desired item without delay.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery at info@seldenus.com or call +1 843-760-6278 . Include photos of the damage, if possible. For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs
As outlined in our Shipping Policy, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product). In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and cover the return shipping fees.

7. International Returns
Currently, Selden Mast USA does not accept returns from outside the United States. If you are located outside the USA and need assistance, please contact our customer service team for guidance on next steps.
8. Lost or Misdelivered Return Packages
Selden Mast USA is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
9. Policy Updates
Selden Mast reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
